These terms apply when you order uniform from Zest Uniforms for a child at a Little Learners Montessori nursery. Please read them before ordering.
Zest Uniforms is the trading name of Zest Uniforms, 62-78 Merton Rd, Watford, WD18 0WY. We are the official uniform supplier to the Little Learners Montessori nurseries in Watford, Northwood, Cricklewood and Wembley. You can contact us at support@zestuniforms.co.uk.
2.1 When you submit the order form and pay, you are offering to buy the items you've chosen. We accept your offer when we send you an email confirming we've received the order. If we can't accept it (for example because an item is no longer available) we will tell you and refund you in full.
2.2 Uniform is for children attending a Little Learners Montessori nursery. We may limit the quantity of any item ordered.
2.3 Product photos and descriptions give a general idea of each item. Colours can look slightly different on screen.
3.1 Prices are shown on the order form and include VAT.
3.2 A flat delivery charge of £1.95 applies per order and is shown before you pay.
3.3 Payment is taken in full when you order, by card through our secure payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
3.4 If we find a pricing mistake we'll contact you before going ahead, and you can cancel for a full refund.
4.1 All orders are delivered to the nursery branch you choose. We don't post to home addresses.
4.2 We aim to have your order at nursery within 21 days, usually sooner. We'll email you when it's ready to collect, and you can track it online at any time.
4.3 If an item is out of stock we'll tell you when we expect it. We may hold the order so everything arrives together, or deliver in more than one part.
4.4 The items become yours once you've paid. They are your responsibility once you've collected them from nursery.
5.1 You can exchange an item for a different size, or cancel and return it for a refund, within 14 days of collecting it. Hand it to your Branch Manager or email us.
5.2 To exchange for a different size, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
5.3 If you return an item for a refund and it has been worn, washed or handled more than you'd need to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
5.4 We'll refund you within 14 days of getting the item back, to the payment method you used. We refund the £1.95 delivery charge if you return the whole order.
6.1 If something is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, tell us as soon as you notice. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of collecting it. After that, and within six months, we'll repair or replace it, or refund you if that isn't possible.
6.2 This does not depend on the 14-day exchange period and does not cover normal wear and tear.
7.1 We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses.
7.2 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your legal rights as a consumer.
8.1 We use your details only to process, deliver and support your order, and share them only with Little Learners Montessori so the nursery can hand over your order. We keep order records for up to two years and then remove your personal details.
8.2 You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@zestuniforms.co.uk.
The Zest Uniforms name, logo and website content belong to us or our suppliers and may not be copied without permission. Links to other websites are for convenience and we're not responsible for their content.
10.1 Email support@zestuniforms.co.uk with your order number. We aim to reply within two working days and to sort out any problem quickly and fairly.
10.2 For independent advice about your rights, contact Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk or 0808 223 1133).
11.1 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or of your home part of the UK.
11.2 These terms, together with the information on the order form, reflect the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights.
11.3 We may update these terms. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
